In accordance with the official 2026 public holiday arrangements issued by the General Office of the State Council of China, and combined with the actual production, delivery and service conditions of Zimflex Industrial Hose, we hereby announce the holiday schedule and warehouse on-duty delivery arrangements for the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day as follows:
1. Mid-Autumn Festival Holiday
Holiday Period: September 25 to September 27, 2026, 3 days in total (no make-up working day).
Warehouse Service Arrangement: The warehouse will be on duty on September 27. Order receiving, goods preparation and delivery services are available normally on this day.
2. National Day Holiday
Holiday Period: October 1 to October 7, 2026, 7 days in total.
Make-up Working Days: September 20 (Sunday) and October 10 (Saturday), 2026 (normal working days).
Warehouse Service Arrangement: The warehouse will be fully staffed on October 5, 6 and 7. We support normal order processing, stock preparation and shipment delivery to ensure uninterrupted order delivery.
3. Holiday Service Instructions
1. During non-on-duty holiday periods, warehouse delivery and factory production will be suspended. All newly placed orders will be recorded in priority and arranged for production and delivery immediately after the holiday.
2. Our sales and after-sales customer service will remain online during the entire holiday. We provide timely responses for product consultation, order verification, technical support and after-sales solutions.
3. All departments have completed work handover, equipment inspection, safety hazard elimination and warehouse inventory arrangement in advance to ensure factory safety during the holiday.
4. Customers are kindly requested to arrange your purchasing and delivery plans in advance. For urgent shipment demands, please contact our sales team during our warehouse on-duty period to avoid any impact on your project progress.
